Carmela’s takes pride in serving you the best in authentic Mexican Dining. Every meal that you experience at Carmela’s Mexican Restaurant uses ingredients that are prepared daily and with the freshest ingredients possible to ensure the best in flavor. Traditional recipes and new takes on old concepts, fresh natural ingredients are features of Carmela's. We make what we can in house, and we do our best to purchase ingredients from as close to home as we can find. We don’t cut corners and we believe in providing the best quality possible to our customers. Homemade corn and flour tortillas are prepared daily and are available by the dozen. Carmela’s unique authentic salsa is prepared daily and is available by the pint in many local grocery stores.

We have reopened we are doing 1 gallon margaritas and we are still doing our 32oz big Cups of blended or rocks margaritas.

Our special drink this week is bloody Mary’s by the 32oz we make a fresh Bloody Mary mix with horseradish, lemon & lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, white pepper, black pepper, And some Tabasco!

Our food special this week are carnitas fresh daily! The carnitas plate comes with rice and beans and 2 corn or 1 flour tortilla.
